This website is operated by Gold Medal Awards and Apparel, 191 S. Elm St., Bunker Hill, IN 46914. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and proofs Custom orders begin with a free proof. Production starts after you approve the proof, and you are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates, colors, and artwork on the proof before approving it. We are not responsible for errors that appear on an approved proof.

Artwork and logos By sending us a logo, roster, or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it. We may decline any order that we believe infringes someone else's rights.

Pricing and availability Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Product colors on screen may differ slightly from the finished item. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error.

Team and group stores Group store orders are fulfilled on the schedule set by each store, as described on its page.
