Local pickup Orders can be picked up at Gold Medal Awards and Apparel, 191 S. Elm St., Bunker Hill, IN 46914, open 9am to 5pm. We will let you know when your order is ready.

Team and group store orders Orders placed through a team or group store are picked up at our shop or delivered in bulk to the group, as described on that store's page. The delivery date is set after the store's ordering period closes and all orders are placed.

Shipping Where shipping is offered, rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Shipping is to addresses in the United States.

Production time Every custom order starts with a free proof, which we send within 5 business days. Production begins once you approve the proof. Timing depends on the item and the size of the order, and we will confirm a pickup or ship date with you. Need it faster? Call us about rush options.
