**The name on back of shirt is included with the REQUIRED team shirt. Please make sure to include what name you would like for back of shirt in the NOTES section!**
(Any other added names to items will be at an additional cost. Please make sure to include that selection as well, for a correct final price total.)
Gold Medal Awards will donate 10% of purchases from this web store back to the PJHS Soccer team.
At checkout, please choose "Pick-up". Once the team order is finished, we will deliver all items to Coach Bragg. Orders will be labeled with your student athlete's name for easy delivery at practice.
